We encourage exhibiting companies to shout about your attendance to candidates who might not know you are hiring and encourage them to pop down, have a relaxed chat and find out more. The more we let people know as a collective the more it helps not only your business but others within the tech community. We will also amplify your efforts to help raise awareness of your hiring needs. Some helpful tips: As well as roles you’re hiring for let people know who from the team they will be able to meet at our event. Attendees love to meet the team they’ll be working with and it also allows them to prepare and do their research ahead of the event. What’s important to you?, Your mission?, Your purpose? – giving a potential employee a glimpse into what drives the business and the people who work there will help attract people who align with similar values. Showcase the perks of working for your company, what are the offices like, team meet ups, fun activities you get up to, product launches etc. Freebies you’ll be giving away or competitions you might be running. Encouraging words to help people approach you and break the ice. Create a short, fun video where you say hi and introduce yourselves and the team. We are candid, which means, honest and down to earth and we are geeky, which means, in-the-know and efficient. Above all, we are human not robots. In a tech world, we’re about everything human. Our Logo Our logo is written in the font new rail alphabet, medium and has tracking set to 80. It can be written in a straight line or as a circle. Never overlap the logo. Make sure that it is always legible. Always new rail alphabet, medium, 80 tracking set in a straight line(s) or in a circle. Our brand colours Our font We use ‘New Rail Alphabet’. Where possible, we left align copy and our line spacing is quite loose which means 1.2 for bigger text sizes (headline) and 1.5 for smaller text sizes (body).
