Set up Full weekend Teams exhibiting for the full weekend are invited to set up on Friday 12 May. The venue will be open from 9.30am – 6.00pm and the Milkroundabout crew will be on hand to help with lifting, moving and carrying things into the venue, all good. Secure your exhibitor access slot for Friday here The venue will also be open from 8am Saturday 13 May for companies to set up – there is no need to reserve a slot, it is on a first come first served basis. We advise anyone with a large delivery/a lot of production to arrive to set up on the Friday. If you are unable to set up on the Friday then please arrive between 8am – 10am before it gets busy. Exhibiting Sunday only? Teams exhibiting on Sunday can arrive from 8am to begin setting up. We advise anyone with a large delivery/a lot of production to arrive between 8am – 10am before it gets busy and allow time for set up. We’ll have our crew, strong coffee and more snacks to help!
