We accept a broad range of attendees but tend to preference the mid and senior level. The skill sets range across the tech stack for developers as well as designers, product managers and marketers and we’ve split these role types across the two days to help you focus. For our next event in May, we are going to trial a new format, running focused sessions across 3x time slots per day. This should mean less queuing and more relaxed and meaningful conversations. It also gives the companies exhibiting, an opportunity to have a break, grab a coffee and review who you’ve just spoken with in between each session. Attendee expectations on contracts will be just as diverse as their skill sets. So there will be people looking for anything from internships, apprenticeships, freelancing, contracts, equity, to permanent jobs and beyond. Part time, full time and anything in between.
