siliconmilkroundabout was created to make the process of hiring as effective as possible. We understand that too much time and effort goes into recruiting – our events allow you to get 6 months of hiring done in one weekend.
“This is THE recruitment event of the year for tech professionals”
Jocie Bradley – Resourcing Business Partner @ Transport for London
Across the weekend, we welcome 200 thriving tech companies of all shapes and sizes and over 3,500 job seeking tech experts across all levels and skill sets. We run our events twice a year, splitting our days in two – Saturday for Marketers, Designers & Product Managers and Sunday for Engineers and Data Scientists.
Quality of candidates
Over the years we’ve matched thousands with their dream roles. We do this by only issuing tickets based on what you tell us you’re hiring for.
“I’ve been massively impressed by the relevance of the candidates”
Holly Ellis – Director of Capability @ Government Digital Service
Allowing you to have face to face conversations with people who have relevant skills means shortcutting the traditional recruitment process and making more hires much quicker.
“The whole process just took 2 weeks. It went very quickly.”
Hendrik, successful #SMRmay16 attendee
Hiring can be fun!
We do what we can to make the hiring process as enjoyable as possible. We feel it’s important to create a casual environment where both the companies and job seekers feel relaxed and can enjoy themselves. At all of our events, you’ll find free coffee, an open bar, some of London’s finest food vendors, art installations, retro arcade games, and our fabled ball pit.
“Really good conversation, really good companies – it’s a fun event”
Jamie Hearne – Technical Recruiter @ Kobalt
By ensuring all attendees are relevant to the roles on offer, we consistently hear about success stories that stemmed from each event (woohoo) – you can read more about these successes here.
If you’re interested in hiring at our next event on 19 and 20 May or would like to find out more – head to www.siliconmilkroundabout.com or email [email protected].
